What account deletion means

Account deletion removes your live personal profile and sign-in access for the selected organization, together with your private AI analysis and workflow-drafting conversations. It is not a request to delete your employer's workspace or company assets. No purchase is necessary to request deletion.

Delete inside the app

  1. Select the relevant organization.
  2. Open Account and choose Delete Account. Some versions label this Leave Company / Delete Account.
  3. Read the profile-removal and retained-company-record explanation.
  4. Complete the displayed identity/confirmation step and confirm deletion.

The in-app action initiates the account-removal process. A separate support email is not required to make it count. Successful server confirmation removes/revokes the selected account's credentials and sessions and signs you out. Removing a saved organization from the phone, uninstalling the app or signing out alone does not delete the server account.

Request without installing or signing in to the app

Email wyteng05@gmail.com with subject DWA account deletion request. Include your registered email and company/organization name or code. Identify each organization if several accounts are involved. If you do not know the code, the company name or server address can help identify the operator.

We use proportionate identity verification and coordinate with the relevant organization. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, signing keys or confidential company records. This route also supports users who cannot sign in or whose server is unavailable.

Removed from the individual account

  • Live profile name, email address, telephone number, profile photo and thumbnail.
  • Password/temporary credentials, active sessions and other personal authentication tokens.
  • Current group memberships and future sign-in/access permissions.
  • Private AI analysis and workflow-drafting sessions for that account/workspace.

Company assets are not deleted or changed by account deletion

The account-deletion operation strictly preserves:

  • Ongoing and completed workflow executions and all associated tasks.
  • Workflow templates, form templates, versions, rules and execution snapshots.
  • Master lists, inventory registers, balances and transaction histories.
  • Business form/table values and drafts, signatures and business attachments.
  • Company reports, exported/stored PDFs and audit/change/review histories.

This protection applies even when the user originally created those assets. It also applies to original signer/actor names, timestamps and values already recorded in business evidence. Removing the live profile must not rewrite a prior signed acknowledgement, reassign a task, change workflow routing, reverse inventory movements or interrupt other participants. A minimal non-login identity reference can remain where needed to preserve the record structure.

These retained records may still contain personal information. The responsible organization must have an applicable retention basis and explain the categories, period or criteria, and access controls. The fact that information is a company asset does not by itself create an unlimited privacy exemption. Data that can be related back to a person is not described as anonymous.

For a privacy request concerning information within retained company records, contact the organization or the publisher above. The request is assessed through a separate authorized records/privacy process, not by automatically destroying or redacting company records in response to account deletion. No applicable privacy right is waived.

Timing and backups

Normal in-app removal takes effect when the server confirms it. For emailed requests, we verify identity and identify the responsible operator, then explain the expected timing, delays and any lawful retention. Applicable statutory deadlines still apply.

The responsible operator must maintain backup retention and recovery controls and prevent restored systems from reactivating deleted accounts before reopening access. Removal from DWA does not instantly recall emails, exported reports or gallery copies held independently by recipients. Those holders are responsible for their copies under applicable requirements.

Multiple organizations and rejoining

Deletion is scoped to the selected company account; it does not delete separate accounts in other independently operated workspaces. It does not cancel the company's separate services agreement. A future account registration must follow normal approval and must not silently restore erased private conversations or old access.
